Joan Liwanag Tran

Originally from the Philippines, Joan has made Australia her home and completed her Master of Professional Accounting (Professional Practice) at Charles Darwin University, adding to an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Financial Management.

Joan’s experience spans budgeting, payroll, financial reporting and compliance, and she volunteers at the CDU Tax Clinic. She is also a business owner herself, so she understands the pressures of running a small business first-hand. Joan believes financial literacy is the pathway to financial freedom, and brings data-driven solutions to both business and personal financial stability.
