Born in Vietnam, Hoang graduated from Charles Darwin University with a Master of Professional Accounting, alongside a finance degree from RMIT University.
During his time in Melbourne, Hoang volunteered extensively for RMIT, supporting students with campus life and academic queries — work recognised with an RMIT LEAD award for contribution to student life and leadership. That same care for people now shows in how he looks after SAMAF’s clients.
