Ali Dhirani

Ali is originally from Tanzania and graduated from Charles Darwin University with a Bachelor of Accounting, alongside a qualification in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich.

During his academic career Ali served as a Peer Assisted Study Session leader, a tutor for the Indigenous Tutorial Assistance Scheme, an undergraduate student representative on the CDU Academic Board, and a student representative on the Appeals Committee. That spirit of service is what SAMAF was built on — creating opportunities for accountants from migrant backgrounds and giving back to the community.
